Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These terms of sale govern the sale of straps and accessories offered on royalpulse.fr by IML GROUP (hereinafter Royal Pulse). Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

The products offered are straps designed to be compatible with certain watches. Visuals are provided for illustrative purposes. Royal Pulse is not affiliated with any third-party watch brand.

3. Availability

The products shown on the site are in stock. Your order ships within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation. If a product were to become unavailable after your order is confirmed, you would be informed without delay and fully refunded.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Royal Pulse reserves the right to change its prices at any time, with products invoiced at the rate in force when the order is placed.

5. Order and payment

The order is confirmed once payment has been validated. Payment is made through the methods offered at checkout, including interest-free installments where available. Payment data is processed securely by our payment provider.

6. Delivery

Delivery methods, zones and lead times are detailed in our shipping policy.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason. Details are set out in our returns and refunds policy.

8. Legal warranties

All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by law. If you encounter any issue, contact contact@royalpulse.fr.

9. Mediation and disputes

In the event of a dispute, you may use a consumer mediation service free of charge. Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction. This contract is governed by French law.
