Legal withdrawal period

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have a legal period of fourteen days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without having to give any reason.

Extended 30-day return period

Beyond the legal period, Royal Pulse offers you an extended return window: you have thirty days from receipt to change your mind, satisfied or refunded.

Return conditions

The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, undamaged and in its complete packaging. To start a return, contact us at contact@royalpulse.fr with your order number.

Refund

Once the returned product has been received and checked, we issue the refund within fourteen days, using the same payment method as the one used for the order.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Cancellation before shipment

As long as your order has not shipped, you can request its cancellation and a full refund by contacting us at contact@royalpulse.fr.
